I've lost my voice, has anyone seen it?

Well, after my streak of not being really sick for nearly 3 years. I get sick. Throat infection, and a real nasty one at that. So for the past 2 days I've been without a voice and off work. This isn't exactly the best time to be missing work with Christmas coming up so soon, but thankfully I got the bulk of my Christmas shopping done early this year, and only have my girlfriend left to buy for. :)

Well, after 2 days of lots of bedrest, little or no talking, and meds from my doctor, I'm making ground. I have something of a voice, it's a little raspy and quiet, but it's enough to allow me to go to work. The only downside is I have no force to my voice so I can sound intemidating or fierce.. although I never did before I lost my voice, so whatever ;)
